Loaning of Cameras / Video Cameras

Dear students, please take note of the following when loaning out any cameras / video cameras.

1. Students are to sign in / out equipment at the ICT Hub. Equipment can only be issued by a teacher (Mr Tay / Miss Dino / Miss Nur / Mr Joshua)
2. Students are NOT ALLOWED to bring home the equipment
3. Students are NOT ALLOWED to loan the camera for personal use / practice. If there is any need to use the equipment for practice, it is to be done within the school compound and returned immediately after use.
4. For any school events held outside school compound (e.g. sports day, vistarian road run...etc) students are to return the equipment to any of the ICC teachers. If any of the teachers are not present, return the equipment to the ICC Committee (head of video / photo).

HELLO PEOPLE!

It's going to be the end of the school holidays! Time really flies, 

and remember your hair and uni check on tuesday!

You must also know that we are having the 

Secondary 1 CCA carnival next friday 6 Jan 2012. 

Some of you will be called up by your heads to perform your regualr duties 

so please cooperate!

 PA we will need a few members to help with the mobile PA system as well as the PA system at the general office

Photography we will need 2 members and another 3 who will be deployed to learn PA

Videography currently we need 1 but you might be called up for standby 

We also need people to be at the booth during the CCA carnival 

SO

Please volunteer yourselves to Mr Tay, Adriel or Clive for the booth and to your respective heads for duties by 3rd Jan 2012 and 1st Jan 2012 respectively

1. Please take note of the switch in training timings from 12 July onwards:

Monday, 3.30 pm - 5 pm : Secondary 1 & 3

Wednesday, 8.30 am - 10 am : Secondary 2

2. To all secondary 1 and 2 ICC members, you are going to do STOP MOTION ANIMATION this semester! It's going to be an interesting one so please turn up for CCA! BRING YOUR PROPS NEXT WEEK. Miss Nur will keep them in school for you. DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR DIGITAL CAMERAS!


3. Again, ASA submission date is 30th July. DON'T FORGET!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS, EVERYONE! 

Of course, the ones who will be enjoying themselves are you! Yes, YOU! Poor Mr Sean and Miss Nur have to work as per normal :( But if you'd like to come back to school to accompany us, feel free to do so anyday from 8am to 5pm! Hehehe.

Okay, on a serious note, there are certain groups of people who "DIE DIE" must come back to school to attend workshops / complete their projects...

1. Sec 1s who have yet to complete their animation. Reminder, submission date is 4th June 2010. Be sure to call Miss Nur @ 82988243 before you come, okay!

2. Cyber Wellness Ambassador Programme for Sec 2s (Tee Koon & Eugene)

3rd - 4th June 2010

9am - 5 pm (lunch included)

You will meet at the venue at 8.45am. Here's the map to the school - NAVAL BASE SECONDARY.

3. Sec 2s involved in the Action Script Awards. Reminder, submission date is 25th June. But please don't wait till the last minute to complete your flash game! -____-"

4. Sec 2s involved in the NSC (Algorithm) I'm sure Mr Sean has given you the dates to come back for training...

But to tell you the truth, if you want to excel in C#, here's the secret....
